At Blue Forrest Mystic Energies, Reiki is offered as a calm, nature-based path back to nervous system, inner peace, and gradual evolution. Growth does not happen through force.  It begins when the body softens, the breath steadies, and the mind no longer feels braced against the world.

Reiki becomes a tool for remembering- remembering safety, remembering connection, remembering alignment.

Through animal reiki, barn reiki for horses and farm animals in their natural environment, and distance reiki sessions, the intention is the same: to create a grounded field where both animals and people can return to balance.  The work honors the natural rhythm of the body and spirit.

Sessions are supported by online sessions through Holy Fire®III, Karuna®, and traditional reiki practices gently inviting alignment with the divine, higher consciousness, or whatever resonates deepest with you. The focus is never belief- it is stabilty, presence, and safety.
