Holy Fire® is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that supports deep emotional release, physical wellness, and mental clarity. I connect via Zoom worldwide. It's often described as a warm, soothing light that flows through you-clearing stress, dissolving old patterns, and helping you reconnect with your inner strength. The energy feels intuitive and nurturing, working at a deep level to bring peace. renewal, and a sense of wholeness. This healing method works beautifully alongside traditional Reiki, which typically uses hand placements and symbols to guide through the body. Traditional Reiki provides a steady, grounded structure for the session, while Holy Fire® brings in a smoother, more refined energy that flows naturally and continues working even after the session. What makes Holy Fire® unique is that it's said to come for a higher level of consciousness-a divine source of healing energy that feels deeply loving, wise and empowering. What to expect during a session. Your sessions starts with a brief conversation about what has been on your mind and what your intention is to receive from our time together. There is no pressure to share more than your comfortable sharing. I'll enter a quiet meditative state and focus on your intent while offering reiki. My role is to create a calm, supportive space and allow reiki energy to flow where it is needed. Although we are not in the same location, you don't need to do anything special to receive the session other than relax and be open to the experience. During the session, you'll simply relax in a comfortable position calming music play. Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, peace, or a sense of calm, some see colors or imagery, while others simple enjoy a quiet moment of rest. Every moment is unique, and there is no right or wrong way to experience reiki. After the session, we'll discuss your experience, and I'll share any observations if appropriate.
