Curious about Reiki but not sure where to begin? This 20-minute introduction is designed for those who are new to Reiki and would like to experience a session in a welcoming, supportive environment. What to Expect We'll begin with a brief conversation about any questions or intentions you may have. You'll then relax comfortably while Reiki is being offered, followed by a few minutes to discuss your experience and answer any questions before your session concludes.
