About Me
Hi, my name is Tracy, founder of Blue Forrest Mystic Energies.
Blue Forrest was inspired by my soul dog, Forrest, whose unconditional love left a lasting imprint on my heart. He reminded me of the quiet wisdom animals share so naturally
and the deep connection we can experience when we slow down and simply be present.
At the same time, nature has always been where I feel most at peace. Whether I'm walking through a forest, listening to the ocean, or spending time with animals, I've found that nature has a remarkable way of reminding us who we are beneath the stress of everyday life.
My background as an Emergency and ICU Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT), along with my reiki and spiritual training, allows me to bring both compassion and experience to every session.
There's another reason I created Blue Forrest, and part of what led me to Reiki in the first place, that I don't share very often.
I know what it's like to go through difficult periods in life and wonder how you're ever going to make it to the other side.
I believe deeply in alchemy-not as a modality or something I offer, but as something I've lived. To me, alchemy is taking pain, loss, and difficult experiences we go through and transmuting them into wisdom, strength, and eventually purpose.
I've had to walk through my own fire. I know what it's like to be in the middle of it and not yet be able to see the other side.
I'm not here to fix you, and I can't do the healing for you. The healing is yours. The work is yours. My role is to be a conduit, to hold space for you, and to walk beside you while you find your own way through. You have to take your own steps-but you dont' have to take them alone.
And I'm not afraid to walk through the fire with you. I've walked through my own, and I'm not afraid to step into the flames again so you don't have to walk through yours alone.
Whether you're here for yourself or for your pets, my hope is that Blue Forrest becomes a place where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and rediscover the peace that nature has a way of revealing. I'm honored to be a small part of your journey.

Sound Healing
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a gentle wellness practice that uses sound, vibration, rhythm, and frequency to create space for the
mind and body to slow down, relax, and return to a greater sense of balance.
At Blue Forrest Mystic Energies, sound healing is rooted in nature. Instruments and sounds inspired by oceans, rain,
forests, and the natural world are used to create immersive experiences designed to encourage rest, presence, and
connection.
What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is an immersive sound experience, often offered in a group setting as a form of meditation and relaxation. Participants typically get comfortable-seated or lying down-while the practitioner uses sound and vibration to create an environment that encourages stillness and rest.
There is nothing you need to achieve, visualize, or do correctly. You may be gently guided into the experience before the sound begins, followed by an extended period where you can simply listen, rest, and allow yourself to be present.
At Blue Forrest Mystic Energies, sound baths are nature-inspired experiences, with each one creating a different environment through sound-from the rhythm of ocean waves to the peaceful sounds of rain and the forest.
The Ocean Drum Experience
Imagine settling in, closing your eyes, and hearing the rhythm of the ocean begin to fill the space around you.
The sound moves from the gentle waves along the shoreline to deeper, rolling waves and back again. There is nothing you need to follow and nowhere you mind needs to go. You can simply listen and allow the rhythm of the water to carry you into a quieter space.
After being gently guided into the experience, the talking stops and the ocean drum become the heart of the sound bath. Other instruments are woven gently into the experience, adding different tones and textures while allowing the rhythm of the ocean to remain at its center.
For an extended period, there is nothing you need to do-just listen, rest, let go of the outside noise, and simply be.
Reiki & the Akashic Records
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese energy practice that works with universal life-force energy. The word Reiki come from the Japanese words Rei, meaning universal, and Ki, meaning life-force energy-the energy that flows through all living things.
Reiki works the body's energetic system, including the chakras, or energy centers. When energy becomes blocked, stagnant, or out of balance, it is believed to affect our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. In energy-healing traditions, prolonged imbalance is believed to contribute to dis-ease within the whole person.
As a Reiki practitioner, I serve as a conduit for universal life-force energy. I also work with the chakras, helping to clear energetic blockages and restore balance so energy can flow more freely throughout the body.
I don't do the healing for you-the healing is yours. Reiki supports your body and energetic system as you move through your own healing process.
What Are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records are approached from the perspective that we are souls having a human experience, each moving through our own journey of growth, learning, relationships, and evolution.
The Records are an energetic record of the soul-a vast source information connected to your soul's journey. They can offer insight into your past lives, soul contracts, relationships, recurring patterns, lessons, experiences, and possibilities, as well as what may be influencing your life right now.
An Akashic Record reading allows us to look beneath the surface and explore deeper questions: Why does this pattern keep repeating? What am I here to learn? Is there a past life connection influencing me now? What soul contracts may be at work?
As an Akashic Record reader, I access the records and interpret the information that comes forward during your reading, helping you explore the patterns, experiences, and connections that may be relevant to your life now.
The records aren't here to tell you what to do or make choices for you. They offer insight, perspective, and a deeper understanding of your soul's journey, while leaving your free will firmly in your hands.
